If you fancy becoming crew on luxury yachts in roles like:
Stewardess or Steward, Yacht Chef, Spa Therapist, Personal Trainer, Nanny, Masseuse, Beautician/Hairdresser, Yoga or Pilates Instructor, Deckhand, Captain, 1st/2nd/3rd Officer, Bosun, or Engineer.
If you're keen to land a berth aboard a yacht, superyacht, or megayacht and haven't a clue where to start, I can help you get there. Here, I'll share my own story—how I secured my first job as a luxury yacht crew member despite having maritime experience but zero time on superyachts before.
The superyacht industry is an exclusive world where you'll work aboard floating palaces for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
I had exactly the same doubts you're having now, which is why I built this website. Every week I post articles sharing everything I've learned about the luxury yacht industry: how to get hired, the courses and certifications you need, where and how to complete them, salary expectations, practical tips, and all the insights from my years onboard as Chief Stewardess that can help you achieve your goal.:

I am a Experienced Chief Stewardess
Graduated in Tourism from the University of La Laguna (ULL), with an International Master's in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, and also qualified as a Travel Agent.
I continued my training with Butler and Silver Service courses at The British Butler Institute, plus specialised modules in Megayacht Interior Management.
In 2012 I managed a team of 20 housekeeping staff at the prestigious Darlington Hotel in Paddington, London. Running the daily programme of that busy, high-end property demanded tight supervision, organisation, project management, staff rotations and training, as well as structuring daily tasks and ongoing development.
I then turned my skills and experience toward the luxury yachting industry, specialising in charter and private megayachts cruising the Caribbean and Mediterranean. In a short time I worked my way up to Chief Stewardess.
Throughout my yachting career my greatest passion has been training new stewardesses—whether those hired by my own Chief Stew earlier on, or later the ones I recruited myself. Over the years onboard I saw exactly what skills green stewies lacked, even when they arrived with barista certificates, protocol training, or solid five-star land-based hospitality experience. That's why I launched this project: to offer personalised mentoring that gets you your first berth aboard a superyacht, plus proper training on what you truly NEED to know to maximise your chances—first of landing the job as a yacht stewardess, and second of hitting the ground running and thriving during those crucial early months on your first superyacht.
I'm here to build a genuine, one-to-one relationship with you from the moment you sign up for my services. That way, when you arrive in a new country or step onto your first superyacht, you'll always have someone who truly understands your situation to turn to—whether it's polishing your CV, prepping for your first interview, or handling onboard challenges like daily duties, guest interaction, or even crew conflict in the interior or any other department.
My goal is to build a strong reputation for new (and not-so-new) stewardesses in the superyacht industry—so you secure a role as a confident, well-prepared crew member!
Before yachting, my previous careers left me bored and unfulfilled. I had countless jobs (nightclub waitress, pub work, hotel chambermaid…) None of them gave me job satisfaction, motivation, or—frankly—financial stability. To put it bluntly, I was barely making ends meet.
What I knew for certain was that life wasn't for me. I wanted to travel, meet interesting people, and earn enough to live well, invest, enjoy myself, and save.
I started seafaring at 24 with a well-known passenger shipping company in the Canary Islands. After a year I realised: this isn't it. (Salaries on cruise ships were low—really no better than ordinary shore jobs.)
I picked up occasional daywork on an 18-metre private yacht owned by an English family in Tenerife.
Then, almost by magic, I discovered the incredible world of luxury yachting—AND ALL MY DREAMS CAME TRUE.
I was completely lost; this was an unknown universe—working for billionaires.
Nobody helped me break in, and believe me, it wasn't easy.
But once I'd gathered everything I needed, within two weeks I was flying to Palma de Mallorca with my first contract—on an 85-metre yacht owned by one of Russia's wealthiest men.
Now I want to help YOU—without you having to spend a fortune on courses run by agencies whose instructors have never actually worked onboard and don't know the real day-to-day realities of running an interior department on a luxury yacht.
I want YOUR dreams to come true, just as mine did.
